This legal notice governs access to and use of the website wedcut-ai.com, whose purpose is to present and market WedCut, a software tool that assists with wedding video editing: it allows users to create an account, download the application and purchase the membership and wedding analysis.
Access to the site is free of charge. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the contents and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order. The owner may modify, suspend or withdraw access to the site or to part of its contents at any time and without prior notice.
The contents of this site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design and code) are owned by Jacinto Abad Rodríguez or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.
The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site and accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from interruptions, technical errors or improper use of the site by third parties. The site may include links to external pages over whose content the owner exercises no control and for which it assumes no responsibility.
The following can be purchased from this site: (a) the PRO Member membership, renewed monthly or annually, and (b) wedding analysis, paid per wedding according to its size. Published prices do not include taxes: the tax applicable according to the buyer’s country is added at checkout and shown separately on the invoice.
Payment is processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which operates the payment gateway and issues the receipt. WedCut does not see or store card details. The invoice is available in the billing portal accessible from “My account”.
Renewal. The PRO Member membership renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) and is charged to the same card until you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time from “My account”, without giving any reason; to avoid the next charge, do so before the renewal date, which is shown in “My account”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until that date, PRO Member conditions are maintained.
Refunds. Membership periods already charged, including renewals, are not refunded, unless required by law or the charge is due to an error on our part. Purchased balance does not expire and is not refunded once used. Issues are handled at soporte@wedcut-ai.com.
Right of withdrawal. This is digital content supplied immediately. By paying, you expressly request that the service begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 103.m of the Spanish “texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios” (consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). This request is recorded on the payment screen.
The data you provide when creating your account and using WedCut (email address; the profile data you choose to fill in; a technical usage log to calculate your balance; and the billing data associated with your purchases) are processed by Jacinto Abad Rodríguez for the purpose of providing you with the contracted service, giving you support and complying with the tax and accounting obligations arising from the sale.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract between us and, for invoicing, compliance with a legal obligation. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@wedcut-ai.com, and lodge a complaint with the “Agencia Española de Protección de Datos” (Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
